The production line consists of conical twin screw extruder, mold, vacuum sizing table, tractor, cutting machine and so on. SJSZ series PVC door panel extrusion production line has wide adjustment range, high temperature control precision and convenient and reliable operation.
1. PVC/WPC door board production line adopts exclusively designed SJSZ80/156 or SJSZ92/188 conical twin screw extruder, with vacuum degassing system, can get rid of the waste gas from the raw material which can ensure good quality of final granules;
